Hard boiled air fryer

Just a quick note to say that in the new air fryer I received as a present (a Ninja with two drawers!), I can add six eggs, set the timer to seven minutes and the temp to 170°C. Then I pour a bottle of water I have in the fridge into a jug, add some ice cubes and bung it back in the fridge.

When the air fryer finishes cooking and does its strident beeping, I use tongs to grab each individual egg and plunge it into the ice bath.

It turns out seven minutes isn’t quite enough to hard boil six eggs, but would probably suffice for two. I’ll try eight minutes next time.

This is still cooked enough for me, so they won’t go to waste. Eight minutes next time!
